FEDERAL FUNDING
The US Bureau of Reclamation is providing 50% of the funds for the study phase of the Program. The Authority is supporting the efforts of Congressman. Thompson and his bill HR 236 that would provide for Reclamation's continued participation in the implementation phase. This partnership also assists Reclamation with their mission to provide assistance to programs that will be operated and maintained by the local sponsor, contribute toward endangered species recovery and demonstrate balanced approaches to meeting all water users needs.
